I would like to sincerely thank your company for providing the service. In all my 16 years of living in Dubai, this is honestly the first time I have encountered such a high level in this kind of service. 👌 Starting from those valuable instructions on how to prepare the apartment before providing the service for the best possible result. The second point is to express my personal gratitude to Mustafa for his painstaking and professional work. He reached all the corners and crevices where no one had reached before, applied spray and gel in all potentially dangerous places, moving away all household appliances. Gave recommendations on what to do after treatment. ✅️ Also, among his personal qualities, I would like to note his friendliness. I really hope that there will be no need for a next visit for follow up. But at this stage I am absolutely satisfied with your service and will share your contact.t Thank you 🙏

Second time using concept pest control in the last 6 years and they always do a phenomenal job. Mustafa came over absolutely on time today to tend to our cockroach issue. He was super nice , gave us lots of information on do’s and don’t. These guys definitely take their jobs seriously . We forgot to move a few items from the kitchen and Mustafa even moved those for us with a smile. Someone give this guy a promotion please. Overall 200% recommend concept pest control, kudos to Mr Mohammed and Mustafa. These guys are the real deal!

We recently used Concept for our villa in Serena. The work was fantastic and smooth. They also used a pet friendly pesticide that was key as we have a dog! The service was great and the team went above and beyond. They pointed out areas in the garden with blocked drains which we would never know of. I really recommend their communication and service. Thanks again for the team that visited us last Saturday on the 28/07/25
