He reached all the corners and crevices where no one had reached before, applied spray and gel in all potentially dangerous places, moving away all household appliances. Second time using concept pest control in the last 6 years and they always do a phenomenal job. Mustafa came over absolutely on time today to tend to our cockroach issue. He was super nice , gave us lots of information on do’s and don’t. These guys definitely take their jobs seriously . We forgot to move a few items from the kitchen and Mustafa even moved those for us with a smile. Someone give this guy a promotion please. We recently used Concept for our villa in Serena. The work was fantastic and smooth. They also used a pet friendly pesticide that was key as we have a dog! The service was great and the team went above and beyond. They pointed out areas in the garden with blocked drains which we would never know of. I really recommend their communication and service.
